Do you deliver?
Yes we do deliver. We ship every Monday to ensure the beef gets to your doorstep before the weekend.
Where do your cattle come from?
All of our cattle are home raised. They are born and live their entire life on the ranch.
Are your cattle grass-fed?
Yes, all of the cattle are grass-fed for the majority of its life. Cattle (which are ruminants), can process forage efficiently allowing them to utilize feed that humans cannot.
Do you use growth hormones?
We do not use growth hormones.
Is your beef antibiotic free?
Yes. All antibiotics have a withdrawal date. This means time must elapse between the last administration of veterinary medicine and the slaughter or production of food from that animal, to ensure that the food does not contain levels of the medicine that exceeds the residue limit.
How do you keep your cattle healthy?
We work closely with our veterinarians to develop a herd health protocol specific to our herd.
How will our beef be packaged?
Our beef comes hand-cut and vacuum sealed by a local packer.
Are all the cuts the same?
No, we strive to keep our consistency as close to one another but sizes will vary. Steaks and roast are the main cuts that vary but the ground beef stays the same 1 pound packages that are weighed at the packers.
Can we customize an order?
We are willing to work with our customers. Please contact us to talk about your options.
